What's covered in a Blueprint Sales Package

Blueprint packages support Sales and Marketing operations. Blueprint is the necessary FOUNDATION, when engaging with new Client.

Blueprint package is a one-time business analysis, which will inform future strategies and decisions. On top of standard components of the package, there are also available add-on services as upgrades.

When Blueprint is complete, then Clients have the option to receive a continuous support, in the form of monthly subscription packages.

Business Assessment

Business assessment has an adoptable framework. It includes the initial consultation, as well as the review of operations
and existing procedures.

 

Sales Process Audit

The comprehensive one-time report, which will provide the necessary insights, to facilitate decision making. It does not cover creation of policies & procedures.

 

Sales Strategy & Implementation Plan

The formulation of an annual plan, including all agreed implementation steps, timelines and a list of resources needed to achieve business goals.

 

Before anything starts, we commit to confidentiality, by signing a contract.

Total implementation timing is approximately 3 to 5 weeks.

 

During assessment, audit and planning phase, uStart will cooperate regularly with the people that management will indicate, as responsible to provide information needed to create the deliverables.

Online meeting

We can start by discussing what are your business needs and how uStart can support you. There is no need to bring sensitive information, like sales numbers or KPIs, though you should be prepared to describe your positioning and your current situation.
